To send a Surprise Cake to two different shipping addresses, you'll have to place two separate orders.

Orders will arrive in 1-5 business days depending on your location in the US. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3 PM EST will ship out same day.

We ship Surprise Cakes via FedEx and UPS. All Surprise Cakes are shipped so that they are scheduled to arrive on your selected arrival date. 

We know timing is everything when it comes to the perfect surprise! That’s why we carefully coordinate every order to arrive on your selected delivery date. While we do everything possible to ensure on-time delivery, occasional delays or early deliveries with our trusted shipping partners, FedEx and UPS, can occur and are beyond our control. When possible, we suggest ordering your Surprise Cake to arrive one day in advance in case of any unexpected carrier delays. 

Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to update your delivery address if you see any discrepancies. Once a package has been assigned a tracking number, we can no longer update the shipping address. We do not offer refunds or credits for insufficient or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. 

You can schedule a Surprise Cake to arrive up to 3 months out. 

All Surprise Cakes are 4 inches in diameter and 3 inches tall.

The Surprise Gift Pod is about 3 inches tall and 1 inch in diameter. The Gift Pod arrives packed with your selected Surprise Gift Pod.

If kept refrigerated, the cake will last for 7 days. If kept frozen, it will last for 30 days. 

Our cakes are not kosher certified (yet!) but all of the ingredients are certified.

Vanilla Rainbow Confetti and Holiday Cakes:

Yes! The bubbles can be run up to 5 times. They will run when the box is first opened, and then can be re-run by pressing the button at the top of the cake. 

All of our cakes are nut free except for our gluten-free Surprise Cake (contains coconut) and our Dubai Chocolate Surprise Cake(Contains Pistachio). These cakes are baked and processed in the same facility so cross contamination is possible.

The Gift Pod is 6.0” tall and has a diameter of 2.8”.

Pro Tip: If you buy the cake, select one with minimal decorations in the center and bottom perimeter to make it easier to core out the center and transfer from the store board to the Surprise Plate.
Pro Pro Tip: Ask the bakery for extra matching frosting to cover the center of the cake OR cover the Gift Pod with our Candle Topper for an easy solution! You can also cover the center with Surprise Sprinkles for a confetti explosion! 

Nope! Each cake stand includes a Cake Corer which easily removes the center of the cake.

Yes, it is completely hand washable and reusable. You can reuse it for any and all celebrations! 

Nope! The Popping Stand is completely battery and electricity free. It operates with an internal spring mechanism. The Gift Pod is released by a manual Pull Ring Trigger or hand crank Music Box Trigger. The mechanism is similar to a Jack-In-the-Box toy. 

Yes! Please contact us for Gift Pod packages.

 Yes, but it is still necessary to use our included Cake Corer to remove any excess cake from the center. 

The Music Box Trigger easily slides on to the Stand's Base. Please note, before sliding the Music Box Trigger onto the Base, be sure to lift up the the Pull Ring. 

The Popping Cake Stand can easily transform into a Popping Cupcake Stand by placing both included Plates on to the Stand and replacing the included flat Gift Pod cover with the Cupcake Topper (sold separately or as a Featured Set)!
